Registration Form for Play Based Photographs

To ensure your child participates in Photo Week, registration is required.

If your child is not registered, they will not be photographed.

​Registering your child also provides your formal consent for us to photograph them. Without consent, we are legally unable to photograph your child.

Step 1:

Register your child for their individual photo session below. A $20 registration fee is required to secure a date for your child's individual images. Your fee will be deducted from the chosen package. This fee is not refundable.

Step 2:
We’ll contact you before Photo Week to confirm your child’s photo day. Please make sure your contact details are correct when registering.

Step 3:
About 4 weeks after Photo Week, you’ll receive an email with a link to your gallery with details on purchase and available photo packages.

What to Expect from Your Gallery
Your gallery is a beautiful reflection of your child’s time at care. You’ll find a mix of classic smiling portraits alongside candid moments of them immersed in play and everyday activities.

Every child experiences their photoshoot in their own unique way, so not every image will be a posed smile, sometimes the most meaningful moments happen when they’re deeply engaged in something exciting.
