Occasionally, babies decide they have their own plans and arrive before we have the chance to photograph your maternity session. If this happens, don't worry at all.

The maternity and newborn bundle pricing is available when both sessions take place as planned. If baby arrives before your maternity session can be held, we simply convert your booking to a newborn-only session.

Any deposit already paid will be transferred across and deducted from your chosen newborn collection. You will then have access to the current newborn session price list and can select the collection that best suits your family.

While it can be a little disappointing to miss the maternity photographs, your newborn session will still beautifully document the beginning of this special chapter, and we'll focus on creating meaningful images of your growing family.

The number of images is dependent on how the session goes but I will do my absolute best to be able to provide you with the most loveliest of moments in as many portraits as I can for you. On average I aim to provide for you with an approx. 150-200 portraits from family newborn session and around 30-40 images from baby only session.

I believe in delivering a finished gallery filled with emotion, light, and love — each image carefully polished with my signature touch. Raw files, which are unedited and incomplete, aren’t part of the experience I offer

Your gallery will be available to preview within five weeks. Delivery of your chosen portraits happens in the following two weeks.

Printed products have eight weeks turnaround and will be available for studio pickup after this time

Saturday morning sessions are available upon request, as I truly understand that weekdays don’t always work — especially if your little one had an extended stay in hospital or if your partner has returned to work. Weekend sessions incur an additional $200 fee and are offered based on availability.

I often photograph older newborns (3-14 weeks) with galleries full of sleepy moments and other that are unique to your baby at the point in time. I’d recommend doing a newborn session this time around. You can never regret doing it, as you don’t get the time back. It’s as much about looking back at the time of you as parents of a newborn, and about your first born becoming an older sibling as well as the baby as well. It’s a precious time that slips through your fingers, and I would give anything to go back for just a minute with my newborn baby.

Absolutely, yes - children and family portraits are part of the Family Newborn Session and can be reserved by booking the “Darling Collection”.

Every family that books with me receives a thoughtfully designed welcome guide on how to prepare for your session.

You will also have full access to my curated client wardrobe, with beautiful gowns for mums and heirloom-quality pieces for your precious baby. It’s all part of creating timeless, heartfelt imagery without the stress.

I take all the precautions to limit any risk of spreading infections. Please notify me as soon as there is a suspicion that you, your baby or anyone who’s planning to be present at the shoot might feel unwell. If your baby presents as unwell on the day of the shoot, we will also need to reschedule. We will reschedule your session for a new session spot at a later stage or as close to the original date as possible! This also applies to me, I will not take any chances and in event feel under the weather, your session will be moved until it is safe for me to get back to work.

Your baby and your family are my number one priority. I can say:

- I am whooping cough vaccinated (November 2020)

- I receive flu boosters every season (June 2025)

- I am insured

- I am trained in CPR & First Aid (baby, children & and adults)

- I have completed workshop on Newborn Safety and received training on Workplace Health and Safety Legislation/Regulations

Yes, I do. All clients are welcome to pay in instalments before their session is due.

Yes I do offer vouchers - these are often purchased in support of the newborn session event, as baby shower gift, an additional maternity session gift or a part financial contribution to an already purchased session experience. You can access the basic payments via the shop or email me directly with your specific enquiry.

Yes absolutely - I offer beautiful photo books & linen albums.

I can offer up to 40×30″ prints and I have an Australian framer whom I use if your desire is to have your prints displayed.

Print shop access will be available for you to browse with your proof gallery.
