TURN-A-ROUND TIME

After the session It's all very simple and straight forward - within five weeks you will be sent a link to all your session images and asked to choose your favourites in the following three weeks. Your chosen images will then be carefully edited and when finished, delivered via online gallery link in the following two weeks.

If you have purchased the Maternity & Newborn as bundle, please note that images will be supplied all-together.

Kindly note and understand that for a small business like mine, Christmas holiday season and January school holidays will affect the editing lead times. I do my best to accomodate everyone who wishes to work with me during the very busy pre Christmas time, however I would like to be upfront and ask Clients to be patient during the extended wait time during these periods. I am usually back at work on 1st of February and editing/selection of galleries will resume then.

I always edit in the order that I shoot so that its fair and reasonable for everybody that books me. I will of course send you your gallery sooner if it is ready.

YOUR GALLERY ONLINE

You will be able to download your images in high-resolution and low resolution - for easy online sharing. (Please ensure of sufficient drive space and back up your images up for security). Using your online gallery you will also be able to select your images for printing by using the “favourite” button.

An automatic email reminder will be sent before the gallery is due to expire to ensure you will not miss deadlines.

YOUR PRINT SELECTION

When you purchase a collection that includes prints, your photo memories will be sent to print lab for production. Your parcel will make you appreciate excellent quality and there is nothing quite like holding your memories.

Prints/frames will be available for studio pickup within 8 weeks of order. Once products are ready, a suitable pickup time will be arranged to collect your product from my South Morang studio. Should you require postage please add an additional $20 flat rate postage fee for prints or $25 for small frames.

Please notify me of any changes to your home address, otherwise your prints will be sent to the one supplied at the time of booking.

As you know, your newborn session experience includes digital files, but to empower to you create your own visual heritage, I also offer clients an easy to use online store offering modern bespoke wall art and album products from Australia’ finest print lab.

Don’t scroll pass the place where you can purchase all the print products. The online store is now up and running for your convenience. You’ll be able to easily access it though your gallery.

will you do larger format printing?

Absolutely yes! I can offer up to 40×30″ prints and I have an Australian framer whom I use if your desire is to have your prints displayed.

I offer beautiful minimalistic style photo books & linen albums.These are perfect for family or newborn portraits or even to combine some of your maternity session images in too. Should you wish to have a chat about creating a family album, please just ask! I have great product that you will love - a perfect photo book - a place to keep all your wonderful memories.
