I just want to say thank you for booking your session with me and allowing me the amazing opportunity to capture a glimpse of this once in a lifetime event in your life. I can’t wait to start crafting your beautiful gallery full of wonderful shots that only dreams are made of - for you and your precious family.

Here is also a quick reminder on how do we go about things from now..

TURN-A-ROUND TIME

After the session It's all very simple and straight forward - within four weeks you will be given a link to all your session images and asked to choose your favourites in the following seven days. Your chosen images will then be carefully edited and when finished, delivered via online gallery link in the following two weeks. I always edit in the order that I shoot so that its fair and reasonable for everybody that books me. I will of course send you your gallery sooner if it is ready.

If you have purchased the Maternity & Newborn as bundle, please note that images will be supplied all-together.

YOUR GALLERY ONLINE

Your online image gallery will available for you to access and download your images in high-resolution and low resolution (for easy online sharing). Please ensure of sufficient drive space and back up your images up for security. Using your online gallery you will also be able to select your images for printing by using the “favourite” button.

YOUR PRINT SELECTION

Your memories will be sent to print for you to physically hold in your hands and admire. Your parcel will make you appreciate excellent quality and without it the newborn session experience wouldn't be complete. 

Your print products are delivered to your doorstep within 4-6 weeks of order (I order those roughly every three weeks, so please just keep this in mind when you decide to get back to me with your preference, as this will impact the wait for your prints).

Please notify me of any changes to your home address, otherwise your prints will be sent to the one supplied at the time of booking.

IMPORTANT: Your images are of a high quality and suitable to a high-quality print to an A4 and potentially larger, depending upon application. There are many online printing retailers, including those found in departments stores where you can get very cheap printing (e.g. K mart and Snapfish). Please remember: your images, as they appear on your phone or computer screen, will not look the same on budget paper. I cannot guarantee the true representation of my work and quality of prints created outside my services and I will not be held responsible for any quality issues (as per my portrait contract). Any issues regarding quality can be directed to the establishment you are paying for printing. Thank you.
