Limited to five photographers per year, private mentoring is specifically designed for photographers who are looking for a customisable experience.

These private sessions operate over a full day and focus on three broad areas; business, shooting and workflow.

Students can expect to cover a range of topics under areas including: business strategies, goal setting, branding, client management, working with natural light, posing your subjects as well as post processing.

A one day Mentoring program designed for those:

– who have a passion for simple family, maternity or newborn photography but is yet to establish themselves in this genre;

– who have an established wedding or portrait photography business that would like to branch out into family or newborn photography;

– who may be photographing families already, but are finding themselves frustrated in their results

– above all, this is designed for those who love a simple and natural style of portrait photography

THE DETAILS

The workshop is designed to demonstrate how I photograph newborns & families naturally using the light available. I will explain how I work with the light, pose newborns simply and work to make parents feel at ease and comfortable with posing. 

I create emotive photographs with my signature UNSCRIPTED feel, and this has always been my key to success. However, I also strongly believe a great deal of the day should be spent working on the very elements that generate and maintain consistent business.

This includes workshopping workflow, productivity, branding and marketing. In addition to these topics, I touch upon charging effectively and managing the legalities of your business.

Attendees can expect to leave the workshop with creative inspiration as well as new ideas to implement into the running of their individual business to achieve growth and longevity.

My aim is to create a nurturing environment where you can ask questions and develop discussions naturally throughout the day, guiding and maximising your learning.

A $500 deposit will be required to successfully register for mentoring.

Full payment is due at least One (1) week prior to the Mentoring day commencing.
